- This yoga workshop is designed to promote understanding of the digestive system and related problems and the emotions. The asanas taught deal specifically with Stomach, Pancreas, Liver, Gall Bladder and the Small and Large Intestine, as well as emotional and stress release.

- The role of the chakras concerning digestion.

The chakra Energy System represents the most powerful and yet subtle system of bodywork therapy ever devised.
