We offer various possibilities for you to have an opportunity to develop or deepen your practice.
Your body has more time to open, change, purify and cleanse in a retreat environment than in a daily practice.

Yoga retreats offer the chance to combine a vacation with the activity you love.

The daily program includes: asanas and pranayama, meditation and chanting, philosophy, anatomy and physiology, shiatsu and oriental body-work.
