Program

This 200 hour Yoga Teachers Training course has an interdisciplinary approach that will draw from several mainstream traditions as well as the instructors own wide experience.

As a teacher you need to guide people so that they can not only do the poses without injury but do them in a way suited to their own present condition. It’s not only important to know how to adapt any pose but also to know which alternatives may be better suited. Emphasis is on getting prana (or energy) to flow while doing the poses, to understand their therapeutic benefits and for each person to practice with enjoyment, correct breathing and sincerity.
